Are children welcome?
Sadly we are not allowing children at our wedding. While we would love to have your little ones there, we are choosing to have this be an adults only event.
Are there other accommodations?
A block of rooms has been reserved at a fixed rate at the AC Hotel Santa Rosa for 10/9/25 – 10/12/25. A link to the booking can be found here. Please make your reservation by September 10th. Additionally, there are plenty of Airbnbs in the area to choose from!
Can I park at the venue?
We will have shuttles providing transportation to and from the wedding venue and the AC Hotel Santa Rosa. There will also be a shuttle pickup spot at the Redwood Marketplace, close to the venue. Parking is extremely limited and is preferred for vendors and family. Please use the provided shuttle or Uber/Lyft.

What does Black Tie Optional mean?
Think knee length, midi, or full length dresses for ladies, and darker colored suits/tuxedos for gents. Gowns and tuxedos are not required, but are optional if you’d like to dress up a bit!!
What does casual mean for welcome drinks?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in! This event is a way for us to celebrate before the big day. It will be on the hotel terrace
